Disqualification/Suspension Notice
John Eversole, driver of car 53 in the Late Model
Sportsman division at Southside Speedway was
disqualified from the event run on July 21, 2006, and
is suspended until September 1, 2006, from all racing
activities and placed on probation for the remainder
of the 2006 racing season at Southside Speedway for
the following:
Conduct detrimental to the sport of stock car racing
Hitting a car under caution
Rough driving
Ignoring the black flag
Assault
